According to the authorized announcement, "A mysterious encounter draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where rumors of prohibited practices and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The storyline introduces a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a hidden cult.
