Salah Offers Apology to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
The Liverpool midfielder has shared that Salah said sorry to the group of players following the controversy from his televised remarks.

The striker was dropped from a vital match after making accusations and suggesting his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, I'm sorry.’”
The head coach has refused to comment publicly on whether he got an explanation from the veteran striker.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction stayed normal. “He was the exact same Mo, he was smiling and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
Jones also suggested that a player's desire to start is preferable. “I get that there are specific approaches you can handle situations,” he said. “Yet, should someone be happy to just sit out, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Positive Results
The team's performance have stayed unbeaten in the period after the situation. Jones believes the forward's comments were never meant to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it has consistently come from a place of caring,” he finished. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, performing and on a positive run.”
