An extensive two-month cruise through Australia was terminated days after the tragic passing of an elderly lady who was stranded by the cruise liner on a isolated tropical isle.

The passenger had been hiking on Lizard Island with other travelers from the vessel, but parted ways from the group for a rest. The vessel left without her and went back several hours later after the personnel realised the woman was unaccounted for.
