Britain's leader plans to press allies to supply Ukraine with more long-range missiles to target enemy locations during talks in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

Britain's leader will host Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", including numerous of supporting nations who have agreed to provide Kyiv security guarantees once fighting stops is negotiated.

The Ukrainian leader has been pleading for several weeks for more advanced missile technology from allied countries, a move that Russia has cautions would intensify the war.

The Ukrainian president is coming from the EU capital, where he held talks with European Union officials on the previous day pursuing financial support.

"The only person involved in the ongoing war who refuses to stop the fighting is the Russian leader," the Prime Minister stated.

The Prime Minister will urge participants to increase the delivery of long-range weapons following an effective operation on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, Russia, using British-supplied missile systems.

"And his horrific attacks on innocent children in a preschool this week show that crystal clear," he stated further.

Two children were part of no fewer than seven killed in a wave of Moscow's attacks on the country, which hit a preschool facility in the major urban center Ukraine's second city.

Budgetary Negotiations

The Prime Minister will consult partner nations on methods to take Russia's petroleum resources out of worldwide commerce.

The participants will also discuss using seized Moscow funds to offer the Ukrainian government with economic assistance, while the plan faced divided opinions and legal hurdles at the European meeting on yesterday.

The Russian government initiated its comprehensive attack of Ukrainian territory in early 2022. Russian troops currently holds about one-fifth of Ukrainian territory, encompassing the Crimean peninsula Moscow seized in several years ago.
